Stuart Seymour

Personal Trainer

Having always held a keen interest in sport and physical adventure, I began playing rugby for my senior school, then went on to compete at BMX racing to a high level all around the country. On leaving school, I ran for Bristol, competing in the Gwent League 10k cross-country events for two years.

The biggest change in my life came when my dad had a heart attack. This gave me a different outlook on life, affecting everything - how I trained and ate. "It may be a short life but make it a healthy one" is my motto. I now have my dream job, doing what I love best - FITNESS. My passions are going to the gym, cycling, snowboarding and sharing my knowledge and experience with others.

My passion for training combined with my knowledge will ensure you reach your goals as quickly and safely as possible. I believe training is not just about weights and running, it's a LIFESTYLE. It's about balancing fitness and nutrition to help my clients to lose and maintain weight, feel more energized and look great.

Nutrition, stress and sleep patterns all contribute to how we feel. A healthy body is a healthy mind and together you'll change how you perceive life. With my knowledge and passion and your determination and willingness to achieve, I'll have you smiling at the mirror in no time.
