If you crave processed fatty foods, eat a meal with protein and good fats, such as eggs cooked in coconut oil , meat and nuts , a slice of bacon with eggs and avocado , or meat/fish and a piece of cheese.
Listening to your cravings and learning to give your body what it wants , but also what it needs is a habit that takes practice .
Craving for higher fat foods can often come after eating too little for a extended period of time . For some that could be several hours, others several days or weeks.
Personally I like to start my day with a higher fat and protein meal and I find this the perfect way to keep cravings for processed food at bay.
