All the celeb's are using boot camps to achieve their weight loss and fitness , just read the magazines.
So if you're looking to lose weight, tone up, improve your fitness and stamina, plus look and feel better than ever before then boot camp is the right place for you.
My aim is to get people out of the gym and into the fresh air to exercise, get fit and have fun with other like minded people.
What is boot camp?
A non-military, outdoor fitness class of men and women of all ages, shapes, size and fitness levels all carried out by a personal trainer who will get the best out of you.
What will I do?
* Running
* Walking
* Ladder drills
* Resistance exercises
* Circuit training
* Boxing
* Core stability
* Stretching
All you need is running shoes and a water bottle, plus we suggest you wear layers that you can put on or take off as you warm up and cool down and if it looks overcast bring a waterproof to keep yourself dry.
Class runs every Saturday 10am
