Having held keen interest in sport and physical adventure, my first experience was playing rugby for my senior school, and then I went to compete at bmx racing to a high level all round the country . On leaving school I ran for Bristol competing in the gwent league 10k cross country events for two years. The biggest change in my life was when my dad had a heart attack , this made me have a different outlook on life, how I trained, what I ate " it maybe a short life but make it a healthy one " is my motto. I now have my dream job, doing what I love best "FITNESS". My passions are going to the gym , cycling, snowboarding and sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
I believe in a balanced approach between fitness and nutrition for a healthier lifestyle helping clients to lose and maintain weight, feeling more energized and look great. My passion for training and knowledge will ensure you reach your goals as quickly and safely as possible, I believe training is not just about weights and running, it's a LIFESTYLE.
Nutrition, stress and sleep pattern's all contribute to how we feel. A healthy body is a healthy mind and together you'll change how you perceive life. With my knowledge and passion and your determination and willingness to achieve, I'll have you smiling at the mirror in no time.
